INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), belonging to the company The Image Industry Limited. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express. written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our General Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade is a work in progress, and as such things may change, be added or be taken away. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.

We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for general maintenance but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.

PRICES

The prices indicated on The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade are shown in Pound Sterling. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be canceled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated. 

 

AVAILABILITY

Due to the nature of the items sold on this website being handmade, there may be circumstances where a certain design or product is not available for some unspecified reason. If this is the case we will replace the product like-for-like and inform you of the issue. We will also offer you a refund should you prefer.

Minimum order value £350 excl VAT

All products have a minimum order quantity of 6 per design. 

Mugs must be ordered in multiples of 6 (eg. 12, 24, 42 etc)

All prices listed on the The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade website are shown excluding VAT. 

Orders will be invoiced pro forma and payment in full must be received before any goods are shipped.

 

DELIVERY

The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade will endeavour to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days of the order date, if for any reason this is longer we will be in contact with you to discuss this. Orders are posted via courier. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place. Once the package has been located, we will either arrange for a re-delivery or replace this item, if lost by the third party delivery company. The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade do not take responsibility for items left in a safe place by the delivery company. A request for the goods to be left in a particular place on delivery is at the customer’s own risk.  If your order is damaged upon arrival, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to enquiries@villagerjim.com within 24 hours. We will refund or replace faulty items free of charge so long as we are notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the item.

The products bought on The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade will be delivered to one address in mainland UK or the Isle of Man. For locations outside of mainland UK, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout. International orders are welcome and again, shipping costs are supplied at checkout.  Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or additional charges. In this case, the customer is responsible for the charges.

CANCELLATIONS

All products are manufactured to order. Once your order is placed and your payment is received it is no longer possible to cancel or amend your order.

We have taken care to describe the products available on this site with accuracy, however, please be aware the colours/grain patterns in the product pictures may vary due to the organic nature of materials the products are created with and the nature of how colours appear on different electronic screens.

 

RESALE

Products may not be sold to 3rd parties or via Etsy, NOTHS, Joules, Amazon or Ebay.

 

WEB LISTINGS

When listing Villager Jim products on your website you must use only photography supplied by The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade unless otherwise approved by us.

 

SALES

The Image Industry Limited trading as Villager Jim Trade retains the right to hold sales of any product at any time.
